Apartment Rosada

We would like to introduce you to our beautiful spacious two bedroom apartment located in Murcia, Spain on the La Torre Golf Resort, only 15 minutes from San Javier airport (or 45 minutes from Alicante). Our apartment is situated in a peaceful area of La Torre on the second floor so you can enjoy relaxing panoramic views from both the front and rear terraces. There is a lift from the allocated basement parking space which will take you right to the front door.

We have furnished this property for personal as well as rental use so you will find it equipped, we hope, to more than the average standard holiday rental property.

The Lounge and Front Terrace

The lounge is airy and furnished with a large corner sofa bed, dining table and four chairs (there are additional chairs around the apartment to bring in if you are entertaining), cable TV, DVD player, CD music unit, internet access, various books, board games and cards.

The patio doors lead to a large west facing open terrace with great views over the landscaped gardens to the communal pool, jacuzzi (we are close enough to see it but not so close as to hear every splash!), and then over the Jack Nicklaus designed golf course, part of the Nicklaus Golf Trail. The terrace is bathed in sunshine from mid afternoon until the sun sets – perfect for “al fresco” dining, working on a tan, enjoying a G&T, discussing the day’s events or your round of golf.  There is a table, which can comfortably seat six and two deck chairs

Bedrooms

There are two good sized bedrooms, both of which can be converted to either a twin or double room, with french doors leading on to the attractive east facing balcony which overlooks agricultural land and has distant views of the Mar Menor. It is perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning sun with table and chairs.

Bathroom

The central bathroom has a bath, shower, sink with mirror, toilet, bidet and heated towel rail. This stylish bathroom is clean and welcoming and ideal for a long soak after a day on the golf course. This apartment not only has air conditioning but also heating, so you can be at a comfortable temperature all year round.

Kitchen

There is a larger than average kitchen which includes ceramic hob, full size double fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher and extended units and breakfast bar with stools. There is a range of ancillary electrical equipment of the highest quality including a toaster, electric kettle etc. plus a full set of stainless steel pans and cooking utensils. There is also a good selection of crockery, cutlery, glasses, utensils and kitchen accessories.

The well-stocked supermarket has an online service so you can arrange for all your groceries and beverages to be delivered to your door at your convenience.

Swimming pool

The large communal swimming pool offers a fun and safe environment for all the family. This is an ideal place for an early morning dip or alternatively sun bathe on the patio area after a hard day on the golf course or site seeing.
